    Essential Functions & Responsibilities

    Field Services Supervisor IIAs a Field Services Supervisor II you will be responsible for providing oversight to field services employees and equipment at customer sites, ensuring safety and satisfaction for both internal and external customers.

    • Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times
    • Provides supervision of site crew to ensure that work is performed according to consultant and customer specifications; performs each job in the most efficient manner possible
    • Oversees the safety of the crew, ensuring employees are wearing proper safety equipment and following safe work practices
    • Keeps customer informed of job progress; answers any onsite questions and maintains good customer relations
    • Completes daily documentation to track labor, equipment, supplies and materials used for billing purposes and other associated documentation; keeps project manager informed of changes in usage from contract
    • Serves as backup/fill-in for any crew position as needed
    • Supervises emergency response teams as needed
    • Assists project managers to determine job scope, assess project needs and complete customer meetings to discuss project details
    • Partners with project manager on job documentation and developing health and safety plans
    • Supervises long-term projects and may have direct personnel management responsibilities for any direct reports within Field Services
    • Participates in hiring, performance evaluation, promotion and discipline decisions as needed
    • Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization

    Education

    • High-school diploma or equivalent (required)

    Experience

    • 5+ years of hazardous waste field experience (required)
