The Title You've Earned, Doing the Work You're Great At
If you're an exceptional industrial hygienist who's outgrown the "technician" title but doesn't want to trade the field for a desk, this role was built for you. Field Supervisor is a step up — in title, pay, and influence — without pulling you into budgets, headcount planning, or department-building. You'll stay exactly where you do your best work: on-site, in front of people, solving real problems in real time.
This role is for someone who genuinely loves the coaching side of the job — giving feedback that lands, running quality reviews, answering the tough technical question on-site, and adapting to whatever a site, a client, or a junior tech needs that day. You're the person people go to because you know the material cold and you make people better just by being there.
Compensation - $110,000 - $135,000 DOE
About Titan

Why Field IH Professionals Choose This Role
Position Summary
The Field Supervisor works directly alongside Titan's field technicians, apprentices, and interns — making sure they're supplied and prepared, showing up on job sites regularly, auditing the quality of the work, confirming procedures and protocols are actually being followed, and giving hands-on feedback, training, and coaching. This is a field-first role built on strong technical judgment and even stronger people skills — someone who can flex to whatever a project, a client, or a team member needs on a given day, and who genuinely enjoys developing the people around them.
What This Role Is — and Isn't
This is a field leadership role, not a corporate management role. There's no budget ownership, no departmental staffing plans, no org-chart building. What it is: a title and pay grade that reflect real expertise, paired with the day-to-day work of being present on-site, being the technical expert people trust, and coaching the next generation of field staff to be great at what they do.
Work Environment
This is a full-time, field-based position with regular travel to job sites, client locations, and occupied buildings throughout Southern California. PPE is required at applicable sites. The role involves standing, walking, bending, reaching, and occasional lifting or carrying of equipment up to 50 pounds. In accordance with the ADA and California law, reasonable accommodations will be provided to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this role.
