Field Supervisor: Residential Remodeler

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Responsible for the trade partner schedules on the projects you are assigned.

• Responsible for Quality Control of the performance of the trade partners and our carpentry staff. 

• Creating an exceptional Homeowner’s Experience by providing clear, timely, and accurate communication with Homeowners.

• Provide management of time and goals for 1 to 2 carpenters.
• Work closely with Quartersawn’s Project Managers, Designers and Carpenters to ensure internal goals and expectations are met. 

• Role is approximately 25% office based and 75% on project sites. 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS 

• At least 5 years of experience running a residential job site, could have been in a Lead Carpenter system - older homes and remodeling a PLUS.   

• Must have a college degree or trade school training and be detail oriented and well organized.

• Must be comfortable holding the line with Trade Partners as far as work quality, holding commitments and completion thoroughness (clean up). 

• Professionalism, with good communication and strong planning skills. 

• Comfortable with technology - JobTread knowledge a plus.
