Trident Consulting is seeking a "Field Support Engineer” for one of our clients in "Bothell WA "

Job Title: Field Support Engineer
Location: Bothell WA (Onsite)
Length of Assignment: 1 year w/ extension
Type: Contract (W2)
Rate:$30/hr


Top Skills Required :
1.Desktop Management
2.Windows 10 and 11 Operating System
3. MS Office and other end user standard apps (Adobe, Anti-Virus etc)

Job Description/ Responsibilities :

• End user data backup
• End user system upgrade to Windows 11
• Basic troubleshooting experience on Windows 10 and Windows 11 and deployment tools like SCCM/Intune
• Knowledge of end user data backup tools
• Prior experience of working in Life Science industry and R&D labs
• Good communication skills – client facing role
