Title: Field Technical Support Representative (OSA Level I – Print)
Location: Cincinnati, OH 45217 (Onsite – must reside locally or commute daily)
Duration: 24 months
Role Overview: We are seeking a Field Technical Support Representative to provide onsite support for print devices and related systems. This role involves consumables management, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution and adherence to operational processes.

Role Overview: We are seeking a Field Technical Support Representative to provide onsite support for print devices and related systems. This role involves consumables management, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution and adherence to operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and troubleshoot print devices to resolve performance issues.
- Replace toner, paper, and consumables; manage inventory levels.
- Clear paper jams and assist end users with device functionality.
- Coordinate with HP support teams for escalations.
- Report customer dissatisfaction to service managers.
- Execute scripted change management activities in compliance with protocols.
- Collect usage pages, swap devices with spares, and perform initial troubleshooting.
- Maintain production goals and ensure confidentiality of data.
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
- 2–5 years of related work experience in maintenance, quality, or technical support.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow established protocols.
