In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring our clients’ chemical systems and equipment operate efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Provide installation, maintenance, and repair of chemical dispensing and monitoring equipment at client facilities.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to chemical systems and equipment.
Collaborate with clients to provide training and guidance on proper equipment use and maintenance.
Document service activities and maintain accurate records of equipment performance.
Support the sales and technical teams by identifying opportunities for system enhancements or upgrades.
Qualifications:
Experience in a technical service role, preferably in the chemical or industrial sector.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of chemical systems, including dispensing or monitoring equipment, is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently and travel to client sites as needed.
