About the Role:HARDLINE SERVICES LLC is looking for an experienced and dependable Field Technician to join our growing team in Deer Park, TX. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in the field, takes pride in their work, and is ready to make an impact from day one. Responsibilities:- Perform field service, maintenance, and repair work at Industrial, high-hazard, and environmental customer sites.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with equipment and systems in the field
- Conduct inspections, testing, and quality checks to ensure work meets safety and performance standards
- Industrial & Environmental Services-Tank Cleaning, Sump Cleaning, Pressure Washing, Chemical Transfers, Sample and Analysis, Chemical Packing
- Remediation & Safety Services-Spill Remediation, Site Clean-Up, High Haz Sampling/Identifying, Remote Opening, Man Watch, Fire Watch. Bottle Watch.
- Document service activities, work orders, and field reports accurately
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in proper working condition
- Communicate effectively with customers and on-site personnel throughout each job
Requirements:- Prior experience in an Industrial field technician, field service, or related trade role
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors for long periods in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and compliance
- Safety Essentials Certification
- 2-3 Years Experience
