    Job Description:

    Essel is seeking a dedicated Field Technician – Soil and Concrete Testing to join our team in Centennial, CO. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing field tests on soil and concrete, ensuring the quality and integrity of construction materials used in various projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct field testing of soil and concrete in compliance with industry standards.
    • Document and analyze test results and prepare detailed reports.
    • Communicate test results effectively with project managers and clients.
    • Maintain testing equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
    • Participate in training and professional development activities.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Associate degree in Civil Engineering, Geology, or a related field preferred, but not required.
    • 1-3 years of experience in soil and concrete testing.
    • Familiarity with AASHTO and ASTM testing methods.
    • ACI Certified Concrete Field Testing Technician certification preferred.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
