WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Communicate daily with supervisors
- Responsible for the training and onboarding of all new security officers.
- Provide hands-on training to ensure new officers understand site policies, procedures, post orders, and expectations.
- Serve as a liaison between officers and supervisors, helping address questions, concerns, and operational issues.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on security operations and procedures across all shifts.
- Conduct on-the-job training and provide coaching to officers to improve performance and ensure compliance.
- Evaluate new officers' performance and provide feedback to supervisors regarding training progress and readiness.
- Assist supervisors with identifying training needs and developing additional training when necessary.
- Ensure officers are properly prepared to perform their assigned duties and respond effectively to incidents.
- Maintain consistent training standards across all shifts and posts.
- Reinforce company, client, and property policies and procedures through ongoing coaching and instruction.
