Field Walkdown Planning Coordinator

Responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating field walkdown activities to verify site conditions, engineering installations, and construction progress against project requirements. Coordinates with engineering, construction, operations, and project teams to prepare schedules, review technical drawings, document field observations, track deficiencies, and ensure timely resolution of action items. Maintains accurate project records, monitors progress against milestones, and ensures compliance with site safety procedures and project standards.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (BS Engineering).
• Perform Maintenance Master Data Management activities.
• Conduct field walkdowns at an LNG facility to collect equipment and parts data.
• Understand LNG facility equipment and processes.
• Prepare load sheets for material data uploads in SAP.
• Coordinate with material coordinators to align equipment and parts information.
• Use P&IDs, PFDs, and one-line drawings to identify and correlate equipment and parts in the field.
• Navigate document management systems to locate and identify relevant documents.
• Use Microsoft Excel for data management; Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
• Work with the SAP Materials Management (MM) module.
