Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a File Clerk for their Albany, NY location.

Responsibilities:
- Search for and pull files off shelves according to an account closed filing list·
- Shred files past required closed account retention date
- Package files not being shredded (but closed) into boxes by year closed date
- Label boxes with account numbers, closed date and date of destruction
- Empty all files off shelving unit 2 for facilities maintenance
- Condense and reorganize remaining open account files on shelving by account number order
- Preparation of file boxes to ship to offsite retention (if needed) utilizing offsite locations instructions and materials
