Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate activities of the final assembly team to ensure efficient operations and adherence to schedules.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols, conducting regular inspections and audits.
Monitor and improve production throughput and on-time delivery by analyzing performance data and implementing improvements.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
Maintain accurate production records and reports, ensuring timely communication of any issues or delays.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in manufacturing preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 years supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
