Final Assembly Team Lead - 1st Shift Only

We're looking for an experienced assembler who can not only perform assembly work but also help train and guide others on the team.

What You'll Do

• Read and follow assembly drawings • Use voltmeters, testing equipment, and basic hand tools • Enter and review test data • Solder circuit boards • Inspect parts and identify cosmetic defects • Assemble military and aviation batteries • Maintain a clean and safe work area • Support, mentor, and help train team members

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods • Lift and maneuver up to 90 lbs. • Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling • Wear required PPE, including a respirator when needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience • Willingness to learn and teach assembly processes • Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, early morning start, Saturday as needed • Approximately 50+ hours per week

Compensation

Hourly Pay Range: $22-$25 per hour, depending on experience
