Final Control Quality Inspector - 1st Shift

Title:                     Final Control Quality Inspector
Location:             Vista California 92081
Duration:             03 Months (Contract)
Shift:                    07:00 AM to 03:30 PM
Pay Rate:             $27.00/hr. to $30/hr. (W2)
 
Job Summary
The Inspector, Final Quality Control (FQC) verifies that the production processes and/or finished products comply according to the requirements of the Quality System and applicable regulations.
 
General Responsibilities

• Conducts quality control operations on the finished products, according to customer requirements and the quality management system
•  Identifies, records, and reports any unfavourable quality trend or any risk condition in products or in the process.
• Notifies the supervisor of any deviation from the Quality Standards established
•  Corrects and records all quality problems when non-conformities are detected
• Maintains process in case of an error (wrong material, damaged material etc.), must notify the material control supervisor immediately
• Assists with the necessary tests for products or processes to start production Assists Process Audits

• Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Holds one self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

• Must be able to train on 1st shift hours (5:30am to 2:00pm) before being released to 2nd shift (approx. 4-8 weeks)
• Must be able to work 2nd Shift hours (2:00pm - 10:30pm) after completing training successfully.
