As an Operations Manager OM at Pulse Final Mile you will play a pivotal role in providing support to home delivery services for key clients and local operations. This fast -paced position requires a skilled professional capable of coordinating multiple projects maintaining positive customer relationships and driving operational efficiency. Responsibilities • Coordinate effective communication flow between Network Carrier PartnerNCPs customers clients and retail partners. • Provide on-site warehouse oversight daily to ensure carrier teams and drivers adhere to client SOW procedures. • Oversee the recruitment processing and performance of carriers including the onboarding training and development of Network Carrier PartnerNCPs. • Act as the local Pulse representative within the market fostering a positive image and ensuring adherence to Pulse standards while upholding the Pulse culture and values. • Fully responsible for P&L management demonstrating fiscal responsibility in operations. • Directly responsible for hiring training and developing direct reports. • Report directly to the Director of Operations providing regular updates on operations and performance. • Serve as a subject matter expert in all fields both client -related and Pulse -related. • Possess an intermediate understanding of office suite tools including Excel PowerPoint Word Power Apps and SharePoint. • Ensure compliance with specified contract metrics and terms. • Maintain high standards for all operational activities. • Direct and guide supporting management staff. • Manage contract drivers who are operating up to 7 days per week. • Overseeing daily warehouse operations including inventory management and warehouse personnel management. • Responsible for promoting and maintaining a safe work environment by enforcing all safety protocols. • Work with Pulse senior leadership to develop future sales opportunities. Requirements • Bachelors degree or equivalent related work or military experience. • 5 years of operations experience. • Experience with Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Project. • Supervisory experience in a transportationsupply chain environment. • P&L experience. • Proven leadership and collaboration skills with experience effectively supervising coaching and influencing employees. • Excellent analytical communication and time management skills.
