Summary:Inspecon of product in the producon assembly process through nal system assembly.Essenal Dues and Responsibilies:• Adhere to all ESD requirements and Board Handling.• Use of Moisture Sensive Device (MSD) handling requirements based on component moisturesensive levels (MSL).• Verify product compliance to workmanship standards.• Verify process compliance to procedures.• Verify documentaon compliance to document control process/procedure.• Verify product complies with customer requirements.• Perform 1st piece inspecons of products as required through out the manufacturing process.• Ability to perform the necessary tasks of In Process Inspecon.• Disposion of assemblies for rework and repair.• Authorizaon of shipment of product that meets industry and customer specicaons.• Support and follow all ISO standards related to OnCore’s various Quality Management Systems.These systems may include, but are not limited to, quality, the environment, health, safety andsecurity.• Support all corporate and site 6S objecves.• Perform all other dues, as assigned.Job knowledge, Skills & Abilies:• Ability to ulize electronic manufacturing system (OCuity).• Pass IPC-DVD-64C Component Idencaon.• Pass IPC-A-610 Modules, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8.• High sense of urgency and aenon to detail.• Ability to successfully parcipate in a team environment.• Ability to read blueprints. Assembly drawings, customer Bills of Materials.• Familiarity with First Piece, In Process, Audit, and Final Quality Control Inspecon Procedure.• Ability to use Inspecon Gauge (Calipers, Rulers, Microscope, etc).• Monitor processes, materials, or surroundings.• Ability to work on single task / procedures / products.• Highly repeve or roune dues,• Ability to support 1-2 product lines / customer(s)• Normally receives detailed instrucons on work• Works under close supervisionExperience/Educaon:AM• High School Diploma or GED.• 0-6 months previous experience
