Job Overview

Identifies the spending patterns, analyzes the revenue, operations, and overhead costs, and provides suggestions to improve the organization's financial standing.

Your main tasks

• Financial Business Partner for Product aligned work teams (Product Management and Project Management). Global scope.
• Development of new product financials and investment business cases. PAC member.
• Management of Capital Expense requests and budgeting.
• Cadence leader of regular portfolio-focused financial reviews.
• Support team to maintain dashboards and reports for business partners.
• Sales & Margin forecasting for Commit Forecasts. Margin mix reporting and analysis.
• Annual Recost process member.
• CRA Process owner.
• Opportunity to manage a team of 1 direct report. Team capabilities assessment and development.

Your ideal Background

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
• MBA a plus
• 5+ years plus in progressive financial roles
• An understanding Manufacturing and S&OP processes, and the financial implications thereof.
• Experienced user of financial consolidation systems, ERP systems (SAP), spreadsheet analysis
• Ability to create pro forma or forecasted financial statements.
• Drill-down variance analysis to explain root-cause and the story behind the numbers.
• Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, adapted for the intended audience. Able to tactfully highlight and defend positions in front of senior management.
• Ability to develop talent, and eectively coach and motivate nancial analysts and others
