Position Overview
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Analyst to support financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and program-related financial reporting. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career finance professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in a stable and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Review financial data to ensure accurate and timely billing while identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Prepare monthly financial projections, budget variance reports, and forecasts for Program Managers
- Monitor and validate program expenses to ensure proper allocation and budget compliance
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation for assigned programs
- Analyze budget-to-actual results and provide insight into financial variances and trends
- Partner with Program Managers to track budgets, monitor spending, and identify financial risks and opportunities
- Support month-end and year-end reporting processes through accurate recordkeeping and financial documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required (recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to learn and grow professionally
Compensation: $24/hour
