Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with operational and clinical leaders to provide financial guidance and strategic support.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Analyze financial performance, variances, and key trends to drive informed decision-making.
• Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and financial models for new programs, capital projects, and service expansions.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiency.
• Support long-term strategic planning and organizational growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, healthcare regulations, and risk management practices.

Experience:

Five years of experience in Finance required, preferably in healthcare or a similarly complex industry. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis required.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration required.
