Finance Coordinator Operations

Job Summay:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to review customer accounts, financial records, and military documentation to support eligibility assessments under the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA).
• The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to process high volumes of information accurately.

 Responsibilities:

• Review customer accounts, financial records, and supporting documentation.
• Examine military orders and identify relevant dates and information.
• Support SCRA eligibility reviews by following established procedures.
• Update and maintain accurate customer records in internal systems.
• Identify discrepancies, missing information, and documentation errors.
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality targets.
• Handle confidential customer and financial information responsibly.

 Required Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to review and interpret detailed documents.
• Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

 Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or back-office operations.
• Experience in document verification, data processing, or account review.
• Knowledge of SCRA or experience reviewing military documentation.
