Job Title: Finance Data & Analytics Business Analyst
Location: Sunnyvale, CA - Onsite
Duration: 6 months
Role Descriptions:
- Own finance data requirements across Oracle ERP, finance platforms, and enterprise data platforms.
- Define data models, master data, hierarchies, and transformation requirements.
- Develop SQL-based data analysis, reconciliation, and data-quality controls.
- Ensure finance data is complete, accurate, and reconcilable between source and target systems.
- Design continuous control monitoring and exception-management processes.
- Support Power BI reporting, dashboards, and finance analytics.
- Work with engineering teams on data pipelines, standards, and delivery sequencing.
- Identify whether data discrepancies are technical data defects or accounting differences.
- Support Microsoft Power Platform, approval workflows, and citizen-development solutions.
- Enable AI-assisted finance analysis, automated variance/flux commentary, and AI agents.
- Partner with Finance, IT, Data Engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
