Finance Director Consultant

Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Finance Consultant to fulfill an immediate need.




This individual will be responsible for:

• Partner with the President to provide financial leadership, drive business performance, and support strategic initiatives across the region.
• Lead monthly financial reporting, P&L and balance sheet analysis, ensuring accurate reporting, financial integrity, and compliance across all Americas entities.
• Analyze sales, costs, production, and profitability by customer, product, segment, and region to identify trends and drive operational improvements.
• Support regional finance teams, acquisitions, financial integrations, and sustainability initiatives while serving as a trusted advisor to subsidiary controllers.
• Ad hoc work as assigned

We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:

• 5+ years of progressive finance experience
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Experience working in AARO is a strong plus
