About the Arizona Democratic Party The Arizona Democratic Party (ADP) is building a modern, year-round political operation to elect Democrats up and down the ballot and expand Democratic power across the state. As we prepare for the 2026 cycle and beyond, we are investing in strong fundraising infrastructure, deep partnerships, and an aggressive finance program that matches Arizona’s political opportunity. Position/Role: The Finance Director will lead and execute the Arizona Democratic Party’s fundraising program. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing all aspects of ADP’s finance operation — including major donor fundraising, events, digital fundraising collaboration, labor and progressive partner engagement, and donor development. The Finance Director will manage finance staff, work closely with senior leadership and partners, and play a key role in supporting party-wide events such as State Committee meetings and major donor gatherings. This is a highly visible, relationship-driven role ideal for a seasoned fundraiser who thrives in a fast-paced political environment. Salary range for this position is $90,000-$95,000 annually Location: Phoenix, Arizona Reports to: Executive Director Type: Full-time, exempt Hours: Office hours are from 9am to 6pm. This position’s schedule will vary based on the needs of the ADP and the point in the year and is likely to require evening and weekend work over the course of the election cycle.
