Finance Generalist Internship (Part Time)

Job Summary:

The finance generalist intern will assist with a wide range of duties, including analyzing data, preparing financial reports, and learning about varied accounting activities.

The Kind of Work Youll be Doing:

• Assist with reporting and analysis projects for assigned team.
• Assist with accounting and reconciliation processes for assigned team.
• Assist with strategic financial projects for assigned team.
• Pursue familiarity with the following: USFIN policy manual, Ministry Card policy manual, Staff
• Services Policy Manual, and Operating Reimbursements Manual.
• Prepare, review, and complete as needed: journal uploads, fund transfers, contract routing slips,
• and check requests.
• Process credit card revenue uploads to Cru reconciliations from TSYS or other credit card
• processors.
• Provide financial customer service to the staff of each assigned area.
• Assist with data entry and other tasks as assigned.

Required Experience:

Education and/or Experience:

• High school degree or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program
• Majoring in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics or Statistics
• College Junior or Senior preferred
• Current GPA of 3.0
• Non-US citizens must have a valid student VISA.
