Finance Manager 3

Job Summary & Responsibilities

o   Roll will report to the Senior Director of Product Finance supporting all the business segments and Finance Managers

o   Prepare journal entries for monthly close, analyze assigned accounts and perform reconciliations

o   Manage data uploads for forecasting

o   Create and modify reports and provide ad-hoc analysis

o   Assist with the preparation of the financial actual reconciliations and forecasting for the Finance Managers

o   Support Sr Director of Finance in OpEx management across the business segments

o   Collaborate broadly in the organization with HR business partners, legal team, global payroll teams, GL and Finance teams

o   Contribute to an environment of continuous improvement focusing on streamlining, improving, and automating different processes

o   Assist with internal and external audits requests and special projects as required 

Qualifications

Skills and knowledge you should possess:

o   Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance

o   3-5 years of related experience

o   Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy

o   Must be proficient in Excel and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint

o   Outstanding written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to different levels of the organization

o   Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule during monthly and year-end closings (and for special assignments)

 

Bonus points (nice to have, but not needed):

o   Experience with Hyperion financial reporting

o   Experience with Oracle EBS, Oracle EPM and/or SAP

Compensation & Growth

• Base Salary Range:

$77,840.00 - $116,760.00, offered in good faith and based on experience, location, and qualifications.

• Additional Rewards: Annual bonus opportunities and potential long-term incentives tied to both company and individual success.
