    The Amazon AGI Finance team has an opening for a Finance Manager to partner with AGI Product Organization. This role will work closely with senior management and key business partners to drive financial planning, decision support and controllership for AGI Business. You will leverage financials and key business metrics to uncover and provide insights to AGI Business and Finance leadership.

    This person operates with high autonomy and independence, showing high judgment in decisions that have financial, business, operational, or customer implications. We"re seeking an innovative, creative, analytical and strategic thinker.

    The role specifically will focus on partnering with the business to develop Product Strategy for AGI, streamline procedures for Compute capacity work stream working backwards from launches, and own financial reporting to the AGI Info Business LT. As part of the role, you will also be responsible for building processes to help track AGI"s information grounding usage off AWS Bedrock and a charging mechanism for internal and external customers.

    • Inspecting the business and understand key initiatives driving results.
    • Experimenting quickly and finding what works and what doesn't.
    • Working across teams and organizations to understand financial impact.

    A day in the life

    This role will support the AGI Information organization will drive financial reporting and strategic decision making, including engagement, AWS capacity planning, and profitability analyses. Given the strategic nature of the AGI business, this is a high visibility role across AWS and AGI leadership. You will work hand-in-hand with your finance and business partners in AGI to improve reporting, perform impact analyses, and provide strategic insights and recommendations.
