    Finance Manager - Alexa 1P and Alexa Home Finance

    Position Overview

    The Finance Manager will be responsible for providing financial oversight, analysis, and strategic guidance for product development, sales and marketing and fixed costs investments. This role partners closely with Alexa finance and business leadership to optimize budget allocation, track performance metrics, and ensure maximum return on investment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and manage comprehensive reporting including forecasting, tracking, and variance analysis
    • Partner with stakeholder teams to build financial models that evaluate campaign effectiveness and investment ROI
    • Create monthly and quarterly financial reports analyzing performance against KPIs
    • Lead the monthly and quarterly financial reviews
    • Identify opportunities to optimize investments in a dynamic environment
    • Establish financial controls and approval processes
    • Develop dashboards to visualize investment effectiveness business drivers

    Success Factors

    • Balances financial discipline with business growth objectives
    • Proactively identifies opportunities to improve spend efficiency
    • Builds trusted advisor relationships with business partners
    • Translates complex financial concepts for non-financial audiences
