Position Overview: As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all finance and insurance (F&I) aspects of vehicle sales. You’ll work closely with the sales team and customers, providing expert guidance on financing options, warranties, and additional products. The ideal candidate is a people-focused individual who can process transactions smoothly, has great attention to detail, and excels in a high-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, structure, and present financing options to customers, securing approvals with lenders
- Accurately complete and submit all finance and insurance paperwork in a timely manner
- Present and explain additional products, warranties, and services to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with sales and management teams to ensure seamless transactions
- Maintain compliance with dealership policies, local, state, and federal regulations
- Ensure accurate records and documentation for audits
- Manage relationships with financial institutions to ensure the best financing options for customers
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager in a dealership or similar role
- Strong understanding of financing, insurance, and compliance regulations
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with dealership software and financing tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or business is a plus
