Finance Manager

IDR is seeking a Finance Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Boston, MA!!!!

Position Overview for the Finance Manager:

This role leads US accounting and financial reporting activities, ensuring accurate and timely month-, quarter-, and year-end close in compliance with IFRS, GAM, and corporate policies. It serves as the technical accounting and revenue recognition lead, while driving process improvements, automation, financial analysis, ERP enhancements, and other strategic finance initiatives. The position also manages a team of 2–4 accountants and requires strong experience in revenue accounting/G2N, Oracle, advanced Excel, and GBS/shared services, along with 8+ years of progressive accounting experience and a CPA/CA.
Requirements for the Finance Manager:

• 8+ years of experience in progressive accounting
• 5+ years of Gross to Net revenue accounting experience - preferably in pharma industry
• 3+ years of experience ERP system knowledge (Oracle)
• Experience with Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services operating model
• Advanced Excel experience
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA)
