The Finance Manager plays an integral role with the company. As an individual contributor, this role is primarily responsible for performing and ensuring the company's finances are in alignment.

The ideal candidate must be a highly motivated and experienced individual with strong financial operation skills to be part of the Finance Department. The candidate should be able to assist the Director of Finance with establishing the financial planning and other shared service operations including: financial and cash flow analysis, maintaining budgets, forecasting, overseeing lockbox cash applications, accounts payable processing and procurement. Additionally, the candidate should have solid supervisory and leadership skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong analytical and problem solving skills, and the ability to gather and analyze data, and to work with figures.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Establish and maintain long-range GAAP and cash flow forecast models

·       Refresh forecast models on an annual and quarterly basis and upon request for real-time decision-making

·       Perform financial and cash flow/position analysis and measurement and present to the Director of Finance

·       Oversee lockbox payment processing

·       Oversee accounts payables process, including credit card reconciliations and payment schedule

·       Create monthly payment schedule and schedule weekly invoice payments

·       Manage all loan service, including payments and reconciliations

·       Assist in relationship management with treasury management and banking teams

·       Oversee purchasing process, including delegation of authority

·       Review and ensure processing of vendor invoices for both purchase order and non-purchase order-based transactions

·       Serve as a main point of contact with vendors, oversee product costs (comparisons), availability and terms of sales and maintain relationships

·       Assist in the client reporting process by preparing monthly statements and preparing accompanying reconciliations

·       Attend the weekly meetings

·       Other duties as assigned by the Director of Finance

Requirements:

·       BS degree in Business, Finance or Accounting 

·       3-5 years of finance experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS and other formulas and applications

·       Experience with SQL preferred

• Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures

·       Solid supervisory and leadership skills

·       Ability to handle problems quickly and efficiently

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of financial integrity

·       Excellent organizational skills

·       Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

·       Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate

·       Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

·       The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a wider management team

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills
