A growing company in the medical aesthetics and aesthetic medical device industry is looking for a Finance Manager to help build and scale its FP&A function. This is an opportunity to join a growing business at an exciting stage, where your work will directly influence financial planning, business performance, and strategic decisions.
If you have FP&A experience in medical devices, aesthetic medicine, injectables, dermatology, life sciences, or healthcare technology, and want to do more than maintain existing reports, this role offers the chance to build financial models, develop reporting infrastructure, and turn complex data into actionable business insights.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports to senior leadership.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends and variances, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Partner with Sales, Commercial, Marketing, and Operations teams on revenue planning and business performance.
- Develop departmental expense budgets and headcount forecasts in partnership with functional leaders.
- Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions, investments, and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor spending, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve financial accountability.
- Support sales incentive planning and revenue target development.
- Partner with international accounting teams to ensure accurate reporting and alignment between actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
- Improve financial systems, reporting processes, and tools to drive efficiency and automation.
- Mentor and develop finance team members, with the opportunity to take on additional leadership responsibilities as the organization grows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience, with a strong background in FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Healthcare / life sciences / aesthetics / medical device industry experience is needed.
- Experience working in a startup, small, or high-growth company environment preferred.
- Previous management or mentoring experience preferred.
