As a Finance Manager, you"ll partner with sales and finance leaders to develop business strategies, financial models, and analytical insights. This role requires problem-solving to navigate ambiguous projects where you and your team will define the problem space, establish frameworks, and create structure from complexity. Individually, you"ll manage a portfolio focused on customer growth trends, productivity measures, and resource planning improvements, while helping build best-in-class finance practices across AWS. Success in this role includes -

  • Leading strategic financial analyses for key business initiatives and investments
  • Coordinating revenue planning with Sales, Marketing, and support teams
  • Managing sales organization productivity measurements
  • Integrating GenAI into sales financial planning and analysis processes

The ideal candidate is confident in working with open-ended business cases and can manage the case from hypothesis definition, through analytical insight and recommendation. You must support decision-making in fast-paced environments with strong data discovery skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects autonomously. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for executive and cross-functional interactions.
