Key job responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic finance partner, working closely with People Experience and Technology leadership
- Design and maintain comprehensive financial metrics, reports, and dashboards that drive critical business decisions
- Lead core planning processes, including quarterly estimates and multi-year financial forecasts
- Collaborate with senior business leaders and cross-functional finance teams
- Conduct sophisticated cost-benefit analyses and communicate key financial drivers

You"ll dive deep into financial data, crafting compelling narratives that help senior leaders understand complex business dynamics.
