Finance Manager

Compensation: $125,000-$150,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Support SEC reporting activities including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and related disclosures

• Prepare and analyze financial reports and financial statements

• Perform financial statement analysis, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow analysis

• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A initiatives

• Partner with operations, procurement, sales, and executive leadership to support business decisions

• Assist with equity accounting, stock-based compensation, and related reporting

• Conduct technical accounting research and support accounting policy initiatives

• Lead and participate in special projects and strategic finance initiatives

• Support compliance, internal controls, and financial reporting requirements

What We're Looking For

• CPA preferred

• Experience with SEC reporting, including 10-K and 10-Q filings

• Background in public accounting and/or publicly traded company environments

• Strong understanding of financial reporting and financial statement analysis

• FP&A experience including budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering

• Technical accounting knowledge and ability to interpret accounting guidance

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• High-potential candidates pursuing their CPA with approximately 2+ years of experience will also be considered
