Job Summary

Reporting to the EVP of Operations, this role supports strategic S2K, manufacturing, inventory and finance initiatives across the U.S. and Philippines operations. This position helps improve system functionality, data accuracy, internal controls, reporting and user adoption while supporting continued company growth and profitability.

The analyst works closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, troubleshoot system and process issues, test solutions, develop reporting and train users. This position also serves as a liaison between the U.S. and Philippines teams to promote consistent processes, shared accountability and a One Company culture.

This position collaborates with Finance, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Planning, Purchasing, Product Development, IT, Internal Audit, Global Sourcing and other business partners. This position reports Ken Sanchez, EVP of Operations.

Essential Responsibilities:

Support Warehouse, Manufacturing and Inventory Systems

• Learn, support and improve the warehouse & manufacturing system and inventory systems and processes
• Support annual physical inventory and ongoing cycle-count activities.
• Assist with researching inventory discrepancies, correcting system or process issues, and training users.
• Support manufacturing planning, purchasing and Philippines forecasting processes as needed

Support Finance Systems and Business Processes

• Learn, support and improve finance systems, related business processes and internal controls.
• Support the Philippines Internal Audit team with finance and business-process audits, including onsite system and process support.
• Provide analytical and system support for pricing and costing initiatives.
• Research costing and transfer-pricing issues and provide supporting data and analysis to Finance leadership.
• Gather, validate and report data used for budgets, overhead analysis and variance reporting.

Assist with Systems Support and Continuous Improvement

• Troubleshoot ERP/S2K issues, identify the likely root cause, and coordinate resolution with the appropriate users, process owners, IT personnel or software provider.
• Gather and document business requirements.
• Recreate problem scenarios and document expected versus actual results.
• Develop test cases and coordinate user-acceptance testing.
• Test S2K modifications, fixes and new functionality.
• Document system processes, solutions and procedures, and provide user training as needed.

Learn, support and improve data analysis and reporting

• Develop sufficient SQL knowledge to perform background research, data validation and system lookups.
• Build and support Cognos reports.
• Validate reporting results and investigate discrepancies between operational and financial data.

Help strengthen a ONE COMPANY culture between HQ and Philippines

o Support the Philippines team in resolving cycle-count and inventory discrepancies through research, counting support, process review and S2K training.

o Work cross-functionally with Manufacturing Operations to analyze drivers of COGS, overtime, direct labor and indirect labor and support improvement initiatives.

o Work with the U.S. Finance team to ensure alignment on key monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and performance initiatives.

o Serve as a cross-functional liaison among Finance, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Planning, Purchasing, IT and the Philippines operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems or a related field preferred
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Manufacturing, Operations, Business Systems or in a related analytical role is required
• ERP system experience is required; AS400/S2K, SQL or Cognos experience is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn new systems and reporting tools
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow issues through resolution
• Ability to work collaboratively across Finance, Manufacturing, Operations and IT
• Ability to document processes, requirements and testing results clearly

Work Environment/Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at times
• Some travel may be required including international travel

The salary range for this position is $86,000 to $117,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training, geographic location, additional qualifications such as licensure or certifications, market factors, and responsibilities.
