Prosper Ford is seeking an experienced, driven, and reliable Finance Manager capable of overseeing the entire deal process from start to finish. Responsibilities / Duties
- Clear and HONEST communication.
- Finance is highly involved in closing deals on the floor.
- Must be able to build value and sell the products
- Follow-up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and reiterate CSI survey
- Manage CIT to ensure all deals are funded within 72hrs
- Participate in daily training with the sales staff
- Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day
Qualifications
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Minimum 2yrs finance experience at a Franchise Dealership
- Capable of reading credit and submitting/rehashing deals to get approvals
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
