With high levels of accuracy and sharp attention to detail, you'll complete responsibilities like reconciling daily deposits, posting payments and charges to ledgers, coordinating dental insurance billing, verifying patient benefits, managing ingoing/outgoing financial mail, and processing patient contracts.You'll collect payments from patients and insurance companies and reach out as needed to handle account issues or inquiries. Communication skills are also key, as you'll speak with patients, clients, and employees and answer their questions in person, over the phone, or through email.
