Compensation

Expected annual earnings range from $107,000 - $179,000+ per year, based on performance, client development, and production.

What You'll Do

  • Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial objectives
  • Develop customized financial strategies tailored to individual needs
  • Provide guidance regarding retirement planning, life insurance, wealth accumulation, and asset protection
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through ongoing service and support
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, community involvement, and professional outreach
  • Stay current on industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum one year of financial sales experience preferred
  • Prior sales experience strongly preferred
  • Life & Health License preferred
  • FINRA Series 6, 63, 65, or 7 licenses are advantageous
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
