Skills & Experience

  • 1-4 years of professional experience (sales, finance, real estate, banking, education, or client-facing roles preferred)
  • Licensed or willing to obtain State Life & Health, FINRA SIE, Series 7, Series 66 licenses (full sponsorship provided)
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • Strong communicator, comfortable building relationships and clearly expressing ideas with clients and teammates
  • Coachable, self-motivated, and genuinely interested in helping others reach their goals
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
