Job Summary/Basic Function:

Assist department with general office duties: answer phones, help answer student and parent questions regarding financial aid and FAFSA, accept documents from students, scan and index documents, file documents, shredding, run errands, handle mail, computer data entry and word processing. Strong communication and customer service skills. Students that are federal work study eligible are needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Full time (12 credits for Fall semester) unless applied to graduate. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Full time for Summer Semester is 6 credits (3 with FWS), and 12 for Fall Semester (6 with FWS).

Preferred Qualifications:

Federal Work Study Eligible

Physical Demands:

Standing, prolonged sitting, and lifting (30 lbs.)
