Financial Analyst 5.<\/span><\/b>(onsite Role)<\/b><\/span>
<\/p>
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES:<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Senior -level role (8–10 years experience
expected)
Master data cleanup and validation (profit centers, cost centers, data
structures)
Support migration from current SAP systems to S/4HANA
Process mapping for finance workflows
Analyze and understand existing data structures and flows
Collaborate closely with FP&A, revenue accounting, and cross -functional
teams
Execute daily financial reporting tasks (P&L, variance analysis)
Build/modify dashboards and reports (Power BI preferred)
Strong SAP experience (ERP data structures, master data)
Exposure to S/4HANA transition environments (experience helpful, not mandatory)
Understanding of financial data flows and reporting systems (e.g., TM1/SACP
transition exposure is a plus)
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI advantageous)
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across teams
Ability to translate data into business insights
Hands -on execution with strategic thinking capability<\/span><\/p>

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience with financial reporting,
P&L analysis, cost variance
Understanding of core finance concepts (e.g., gross margin)
Ability to interpret how reports are built, not just generate outputs
<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>
Preferred :<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Finance background or relevant finance
department experience
Experience working in complex system transformation environments
Flexibility to work in highly collaborative, on -site team setting<\/span><\/p>
