About the role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our fast-growing, dynamic company. The Financial Analyst will serve as a trusted partner to the accounting and finance teams to support the company’s growth and strategy. Primary responsibilities will initially involve the determination and calculation of the sales teams’ commissions and the auditing thereof. Over time, responsibilities will expand to include financial forecasting/analysis and performing ad-hoc analyses for the accounting and finance teams

You can effectively communicate financial performance and enforce rules in a tactful way. You have the ability to call others to action to meet critical timelines. You are a self-starter capable of learning quickly with minimal oversight, but also know when to ask for help. You are comfortable at a hyper-growth company where things evolve quickly. You can simultaneously excel in the details and operate at a high level.
