Job Description

Overview
The Financial Analyst supports corporate and departmental leaders by providing timely reporting, budgeting, and forecasting insights. This role is highly Excel‑driven and requires frequent data pulls from the general ledger for analysis and executive reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pull financial data from the general ledger into Excel for analysis and reporting
  • Perform heavy Excel data manipulation (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
  • Prepare and update budgets and forecasts every 3-5 days for multiple departments
  • Partner with department leaders to review variances and forecast changes
  • Build clear, concise financial reports for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT)
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of insights across the business

Tools & Skills

  • Advanced Excel (required)
  • Prefer someone with Oracle PBCS experience
  • General ledger and financial reporting systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high reporting cadence
