 We are seeking a highly motivated Finance-Tax Analytics & AI Analyst to drive innovation, automation, and data-driven decision-making across our Finance organization. This role partners closely with Finance, Tax, and business stakeholders to develop advanced analytics, optimize processes, and implement AI-powered solutions that enhance operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and business insights.

 The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of finance and tax processes with technical expertise in analytics, automation, and emerging AI technologies. This position will play a key role in advancing finance transformation initiatives through the development of reporting solutions, workflow automation, and intelligent business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support Finance and Tax decision-making.

• Automate business processes and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and related Power Platform tools.
• Extract, transform, and optimize data using Power Query, Alteryx, and other data management technologies.
• Develop and implement AI-powered solutions utilizing Microsoft Copilot Studio, Visual Studio Code, and related AI technologies.
• Support financial reporting, analytics, and data integration across multiple ERP systems, ledgers, and business platforms.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve controls, and drive operational efficiencies through automation and technology.
• Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver impactful solutions.
• Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Support finance transformation initiatives by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending process improvements.
• Document solutions, maintain data governance standards, and provide user training and support as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience supporting Finance, Tax, Accounting, or related business functions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Query.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and process automation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI technologies, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Knowledge of Alteryx and advanced data transformation techniques.
• Experience working with ERP systems and multi-ledger financial environments.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile project delivery.
• Experience supporting finance transformation, digital transformation, or enterprise automation initiatives.
