Belmont Village Senior Living is hiring a Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join our Corporate Finance team in Houston, Texas. This highly visible role supports financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, KPI reporting, and business analytics across a growing national organization. This position is fully on-site at Belmont Village''s Corporate Office in Houston, Texas. Limited travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze monthly budget-to-actual and forecast variances
  • Assist with annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning
  • Develop and maintain financial models and scenario analyses
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis
  • Prepare reports for leadership, lenders, and business partners
  • Support operational and financial benchmarking initiatives
  • Develop insights and reporting tools that drive business performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field
  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, consulting, business analytics, or a related field
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling capabilities
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience with Power BI, Vena, SQL, Python, VBA, or other analytics tools is a plus
