Financial Analyst II- Position Summary
As a Financial Analyst II, you'll serve as a trusted financial partner to clinical and business leaders, using data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and operational success. In this role, you will:
- Independently manage financial responsibilities while collaborating with leaders across the organization
- Research and analyze moderately complex financial, accounting, and operational issues
- Act as the primary financial liaison for assigned clinical and business service lines
- Develop, improve, and maintain financial reporting, analysis, and accounting processes
- Support operating and capital budget development, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Prepare and validate financial and regulatory reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Monitor adherence to capital asset management policies and procedures
- Coordinate Charge Master activities and support revenue integrity initiatives
- Deliver exceptional customer service while effectively managing multiple priorities
- Build leadership capabilities by participating in and leading finance projects of increasing complexity
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) functions and reporting tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- CPA certification preferred
- Location: Tampa
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Status: Exempt
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid
