Job Summary
The Financial Analyst III partners with Operations, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to provide financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and business insights that support strategic decision-making. This role develops financial models, evaluates operational performance, identifies process improvements, and collaborates across departments to improve business efficiency and long-term planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the finance partner for Operations, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams.
Develop and deliver reports on operational KPIs, including cost, inventory, freight, labor, and throughput.
Build financial and operational models for capital investments, network optimization, scenario planning, and business initiatives.
Analyze business performance and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
Identify process improvement opportunities, measure financial impact, and support implementation of business solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize reporting and improve financial visibility.
Present financial insights and recommendations to leadership and executive teams.
Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning activities.
Utilize data analysis and reporting tools to improve financial decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or manufacturing finance.
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
Experience developing reports and presenting financial insights to leadership.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with Power BI, SQL, Microsoft Dynamics D365, and AI tools for financial analysis is preferred.
