Setting: Hybrid (3 office/ 2 home)

Hours: Full time
Pay: $40 - $57/hour ($85K - $120K dependent on qualifications)

This role blends FP&A, financial reporting, and hands-on accounting while partnering closely with finance and operational leadership. The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare finance and FP&A experience, can contribute quickly, and has the potential to grow into a Finance Manager-level role.

What Youll Do
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
- Build financial models and perform variance and profitability analysis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and executive financial reporting
- Analyze financial trends and provide actionable recommendations
- Support P&L management and strategic decision-making
- Assist with accruals, reconciliations, AP, and month-end close
- Partner closely with finance and operational leadership
- Improve financial processes, reporting, and data accuracy
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 710 years of progressive finance/accounting experience
- Healthcare finance experience required
- Strong FP&A experience in budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and reporting
- Experience with accruals, reconciliations, AP, and month-end close
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities
- CPA or CFA
- 23+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Hospital, health system, clinic, or provider organization experience
