Financial Analyst

Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid)
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 depending on experience

Our client, a growing construction and manufacturing organization, is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and operational decision-making across multiple business units. This hybrid role partners closely with finance and operations leaders to analyze performance, identify trends, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
Analyze manufacturing and construction project performance, costs, and profitability.
Support annual budgeting and long-range planning processes.
Develop dashboards and financial models to support business decisions.
Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations.
Assist with cost accounting, inventory analysis, and operational reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
2-5 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments.
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; ERP experience preferred.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
