Senior Analyst CES Project Structuring
Constellation is seeking a Senior Analyst CES Project Structuring to support financial analysis, project structuring, and funding strategy for capital investment opportunities and energy services transactions. This role will evaluate project economics, build and maintain financial models, assess project viability and risk, and help structure value-driven financing solutions. The analyst will work closely with Sales, Engineering, Commercial, Legal, senior leadership, and external lenders or investors to support deal structuring, contract negotiations, internal approvals, and project funding strategies.

Qualified candidates should have strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including discounted cash flow analysis and advanced Microsoft Excel capability. Experience in energy project finance, distributed energy assets, energy efficiency transactions, project finance, tax equity, capital lease finance, or related commercial financing structures is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and customer decision-makers, and experience supporting financing documentation, regulatory or contractual requirements, and cross-functional deal execution.
